Frank came to ERAU from Ferrum College, an NCAA III institution in Ferrum, Virginia, where he served as the offensive coordinator in the 2017 season. The Panthers went 6-12 and advanced to the title game of the Southeast Independent Lacrosse Championship. Prior to working at FC, Frank was the offensive coordinator and strength coach for two seasons at Walsh University, an NCAA II school in North Canton, Ohio.
Frank attended Wheeling Jesuit, an NCAA II school in Wheeling, West Virginia, where he was a four-year starter on the lacrosse team and a two-year captain. During his playing career, Frank earned second team all-conference honors three times, finished among the top 20 scorers in NCAA II in 2013, and helped his team earn a national ranking as high as No. 12 in 2014.
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Sports Management from Wheeling Jesuit in 2014.
